Are you pet friendly? Yes! We love pets, please let us know if there are pets in the home so we can use the appropriate products and give us any instructions for the pets, for example “my animal stays in a crate when we aren’t home” or “my pet likes to jump on the counters!”

Are you licensed? Yes we are licensed in Nevada!

How does pricing work? Our prices are based on the type of clean you would like, how big the property is, and the state of cleanliness of the property. Prices are non-negotiable.

Can we tip? Yes! Tipping is greatly appreciated but never required.

What if I need specific product for my hardwood floors? If you have specific products you would like us to use in your home please let us know before the initial visit. Additionally, you can leave any products you have that you’d like us to use out and we will be sure to utilize those.

Do we need to be there while you are cleaning? No you do not have to be there while we give your home a makeover, you can trust us! However, we would like to meet you in person for the first visit to your home!

Will the same cleaner come every time? You can request a specific cleaner if you prefer, otherwise we cannot guarantee it will be the same cleaner!

Are your cleaners background checked? Yes, our cleaners are federally and state-wide background checked! We only want the best for us and for you!

Can I leave a key? Of course! If you don’t want to rush home or have other things to attend just leave a key for us. We will let you know when we arrive and when we leave your home!
